Mmmmmmm………bacon !

Just thought I’d leave the doors and windows open so the smell from the bacon I’ve just fried for brekkie wafts seductively over the forum !!!!!.

2 rashers, 1 tomato, 2 eggs and a few slices of halloumi, gently fried in butter….mmmmmmmm……

Think I’ll have some more

Bacon is OK if it’s not that Danish cr@p and full of water. One of our local shops does a nice British bacon that’s guaranteed less than 2% water, it crisps up nicely.

You can’t beat a traditional black pudding sandwich with brown sauce.

Absolutely brill when fried until golden brown in a bit of butter….or if thats not available, cooked on a decent barbie !
