Whose personality would you rather have..Frank Spencer or Mr. Bean. AND REPLYING NEITHER IS NOT AN OPTION.
Personally, I’d go for Mr. Bean. Whilst Frank Spencer has a home life with a wife and kid, EVERYTHING he does goes **** – up.
Mr.Bean is odd sure…but at least he gets things righted (sort of) in the end..
Whilst were at it, if these two had a fight (good lord) who’d win, and how..?
Personally I think it would resort to a feeble shin kicking contst….

Lets see…
One was irritating and annoyingly embarrassing in the old days, whilst the other was irritating and annoyingly embarrassing a bit more recently.
Its a bit like asking which would you prefer: a nail or a screw stuck through the heel of your shoe; either way its going to be pain and agony…
