Well guys, my time has finally come….
I’m due to report to Texas in a few days for a lovely six-week stay for my Field Training experience (kinda the ROTC version of Basic Training). I’m pretty nervous, and I hope I don’t mess up too much even though I know I will mess up because you’re kinda supposed to. 🙂
Anyway, I just want to wish you all well during the summer, and I’ll miss being able to keep up with the forum while I’m away.
Take care all, and I’ll be back at the end of July.
I’m leaving this Wednesday so I’ve only got a few more days of “freedom.” 🙂
Anyway take care all.

Eat at a McDonalds when you’re down there, it’ll remind you of home.

Thanks all.
This is my last post until I return. Take care, and I hope to see you all in good spirits when my six weeks are up.

Thanks for the support seahawk.
I’m still nervous, but I appreciate your comments.
This is my last day before leaving. My flight is tomorrow (Thursday) moring at 6:45 AM so if anyone who’s been through something similar has some advice I’d appreciate it.
Boomer? You around?

Thanks all for the well wishes. As each day goes by I get more and more nervous. I leave in three days.

The Belgian front whishes you good lock and promises you not to post pictures of crashed Phantoms while you’re gone 🙂 (that’ll be quite low of us). Take care and don’t let the bed-bugs bite.
