The version of the former Pixies-frontman (although the Pixies themselves also recorded a version) had a lovely drunk-captain-Iglo-riding-on-a-camel-rhytm in it. ‘

The Saxon cover of “Ride Like The Wind” by Christopher Cross and the Frank Zappa cover of Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway To Heaven” occupy equal first place in my affections. 🙂
