Since EK has chosen to disable Private Messages, I am left with no alternative but make the following announcement:

As a result of persistent disruptive behaviour despite a number of warnings from myself, I have decided to ban EK from the forum until 18:00 on 4 May.

I take no pleasure from banning anyone, but enough is enough.
