Comes out August 6, 2004. Anderson is supposedly a huge fan of both film series’, so I’m hoping he gives it the attention it deserves. Fox has been throwing money at him during filming whenever he asked for it, so they weren’t hampered by expenses in the least. The best part is that they went away from using large amounts of CGI and focused on the “man-in-the-suit” approach, which looks much better when done well. Anyway being the huge AvP fan I am, I can’t wait for this one to come out-it’s been rumored or in scripting for so long that any crapjob they put on the screen I’ll probably end up loving anyway 😀
