I note with interest, that the word ‘Iraqi’ has been taped over, and there are no roundels or flags! They might be able to fool the great unwashed, but they’ll never fool us anoraks. Am slightly envious 🙁

Purely coincidental timing, just as i posted the above i received word of another 4 Iraq AF T-6’s winging their way east….possibly due at GLA today (15/11)or tomorrow (HKB181 Iraqi serial YI-512 HKB176 Iraqi serial YI-513 HKB165 Iraqi serial YI-514 HKB178 Iraqi serial YI-515 ) if anyone is interested in trying to catch them.
Cheers

Great shots. Is that a fleet number on the front wheel cover of the ZOOM instead of the Reg?

the weather radar which was installed had a major flaw….it couldn’t see through cloud formations and couldn’t read cloud densities.

Ahh the good ol’ British government… “let’s buy first then see if it works”:dev2: Thanx for the comments guys.

Nice to see the Navy Jetstream T3 (my occasional taxi)…useless piece of trivia for you; the weather radome underneath the fuselage is empty as the weather radar which was installed had a major flaw….it couldn’t see through cloud formations and couldn’t read cloud densities.
