Amsterdam Airlines A320 and World Cargo MD11

Not posted for a while as we have had a slightly quiet period here at Robin Hood.

Took a trip to Humberside 22/6/08 having heard about the new Amsterdam Airlines arriving the day before. My prayers were answered as it was parked outside the hangar. I’m not usually that fortunate so maybe things are looking good for the future!!!

The World Cargo was a first and very welcome visitor on 25/6/08 although one hour late arriving and two and half hours late departing. Leaving at 2233 made it impossible for photography, but was one of the best departures I’ve seen here for long while, almost taking the perimeter fence as a souvenir.
