Nothing But Aer Lingus & Ryanair – Dublin 20/05/08

Hi All,
Made a quick trip across the water a week or so ago to Dublin.
Weather started off quite poor, but improved nicely around lunchtime so provided me some half decent pictures – Heathaze proved to be a bit of an issue though.
Enjoy……

Very nice Ads – liking the first Aer Lingus 320 pic. Nice to see them taking off a different way too – all the times ive visited they have taken off the other way.

Who did you fly with? Some one with Blue engines – BA?

A couple of years ago when EI were putting a few 737s into the aerlingus.com livery the media announced that EI were totally getting rid of the green colour scheme, there was a huge public outcry!

They wont be getting rid of that livery any time soon, imagine another eurowhite scheme YUK!

Great shots.

I’ve never really understood the Aer Lingus levery…..to me that light green line along the windows and the odd blue line underneath it seems like a bad paint job gone wrong once upon a time and they just decided to stick with it! I reckon its about time they adopt a new scheme!
