Dr Kelly's affair

I heard today on the news that the first phase of the investigation on Dr Kelly suicide is almost completed.

I would like to express my admiration on British democracy since , I don’t believe this would have been possible in my country due to too many political obstructions.

Well done to the UK 🙂

Kurmitz.

I would be inclined to think that he committed suicide. Although one can conjure up a motive for his murder. That being that he would no longer be able to shed any more light on the validity or otherwise of the ‘forty-five’ minute claim by the British Government.

Perhaps the question should be why this man, who was an acknowledged expert in his field, with many years of experience of working in Iraq, should be the victim of a campaign to discredit him in such a way that he felt his position, and indeed his life, had been undermined to the extent that he could no longer go on.

Yes maybe I wasn’t clear enough. I mean if the same events would happen in France the pressure of the poltics would have been that strong that a such investigation would have been possible (maybe) after years.
