Primer is right. Although they lost the World Cup, Germany are guaranteed a place in 2006 because they are the host nation. Brazil, even though they are world champions will still have to go through the qualifying process. It is pretty stupid isn’t it? Your reward for winning is to have to endure qualifying next time around.
