What’s your favourite radio? Here on the North Yorkshire coast, we have Yorkshire Coast Radio, which is quite good, I’m listening to it now!!

At home when using the computer, a local station called Energy FM – www.energyfm.net
In the car, BBC Radio 4 or sometimes 5 Live or Talksport.

Island F.M or the BBC local station, a good mix of music and local talk/news. I can’t stand Radio 1 anymore as the standards continue to slip. Okay I enjoy the music but the presenters are just incapable of playing the correct track and remembering whom they were by.

Radio 3FM
and while I was in England for school I listened to Capitol FM. Especially the late night Steve Penk show! And at work there was some local Bexleyheath/Dartford/Erith station. Forgot the name.

Radio One for me…. I hate commercial radio and will never listen to any of it.
If anyone at work borrows / uses my van and changes stations, I leave them strict instructions to change it back before I drive it again.

Currently rejoicing in the delightful mix provided by KLBJ here in Austin. They play such gems as Rush, AC/DC, Ozzy, Seether, Evanescence, Boston, Iron Maiden, Guns’n’Roses…….. etc.
Going to miss it on my return to the UK…. What’s XFM up to these days?
