Jumbos & Concorde

Just thought i’d post the two sides of the Bruntingthorpe Jumbo last weekend, Many thanks to DW for allowing us to take these and other photos and for permission to visit the site, thanks D W:

Was that Adsa one done for an advert? And is it painted on one side only?!

AFAIK it was done for the ASDA staff magazine and featured alongside a load of ASDA lorries in an article about their distribution network…

The Reg. G-ASDA must surely be just for the advert? SDA was a Beech Queenair.
Or, have we gone American now and recycle registrations willy nilly?
