An MNG Fokker 27 was badly damaged over night at Edinburgh after it jumped it’s chocks and ran into it’s Ground Power unit while starting up. Apparently it could be a write off.
The main highlight of the day was the Air France 777-300 bringing in the French Rugby side to play Scotland today and the aircraft arrived not long after the sun went it but it could have been worse conditions so the results were okay.
Four of us went to the Footbridge for the 777 departing (photos on other thread) and luckily for us there was a heavy shower of rain passed through so it produced some very nice water spray on aircraft departing Runway 24.
