Your best song of 2003 so far?

As I did this last year… I’ll do it again this year.

What is personally your favourite song of 2003 so far?

It could be anything from Cheeky girls —- take your shoes off to Linkin park —- somewhere I belong.

I must say I agree, I too purchased Nora Jones CD and it was nice.

Although, John Mayer takes the big vote for me. The live recordings of the two CDs is the best. Not only words, but the music is awesome. I particularly like song no. 4 on cd no. 2.

Must say I have to agree with sullivan_myers. Still can’t believe we have now lost two of the Beatles.
Just a brag, went to see Paul McCartney at Earls Court on the 21st April,SUPERB 😀
By the way Noel Redding,Jimi Hendrix’s bassist died on May 11th
for any fans out there who didn’t already know.

Also Seven Nation Army by the White Stripes is pretty good.

have to say it’s gotta be The late George harisson’s “Any Road” yet to be released. Absoloutely fantastic little tune from his last “brainwashed” album.

Why do the greater talents always have to go?

There are one of two coming up at the moment I am beginning to like. Nothing yet though. Norah Jones ‘Come Away With Me’ was the only single I have actually gone out and actually bought this year so far and the album was excellent.

Do it with Madonna, by The Androids, gets my vote. Very funny song, as is the video to go with it. 🙂

So far this year, no songs or pieces of music have particularly impressed me – most of these Pop Princesses are talentless and not a patch on music from yesteryear.
