Heathrow 27th/28th December 2007

Last spotting trip for me in 2007.

27th December:

Arrived around midday, and I was quite suprised to see a Monarch A330
G-EOMA sat next to a BMI A330. Later found at that EOMA was operating for BMI using flight number: BD4921 which im still trying to find out where it was going :).

We stayed overnight in the new Travelodge Terminal 5 Hotel, which was really quite good. we were facing the wrong direction for the airport itself, so I think I might request that next time I visit, but still wasnt all a complete washout for aircraft spotting from my room because we still seen departures from 27R.
