75 billion USD asked to congress … for war

WTF?

OK, this war may be expensive. But where is the money to rebuild Iraq actually? Will congress give extra money to rebuild Iraq after the war? I heard some rumors, Bush wanted the UN to pay for this. This can`t be true ofcourse.
