[updated:LAST EDITED ON 31-01-03 AT 09:25 AM (GMT)]Anyone read this letter in today’s newspaper, an initiative from Spanish PM signed by 8 PM’s, including, ofcourse, Blair, Berlusconi (should be jailed and write letters to Amnesty International instead) and the PM’s of Denmark, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Rep. Is this the new Europe?
Never had such a laugh when I read this letter. Looks like a 5-year old wrote the text. Saying that everything we have in Europe, democracy etc is only thanks to the Americans. Maybe a brief history of our continent would be appreciated here. And because America has saved our asses two times (not with these words), Europe should drop all criticism and lign up with Bush. Jesus, I’d hoped this letter would at least be a bit convincing, but anyone who has some brains should see through it.
It wouldn’t supprisme me if the axis Paris-Berlin would also publish a letter in tomorrow’s newspaper. Ahh, the good old continental quarrels, just like … the past 2000 years. }>.

RE: Open letter to the Europeans and the Americans
Aznar is a prick.
The oldest continuous democracy is the ISLE OF MAN. And it is a Vinking legacy, not American!
