Hi, Big Stu!
Firstly, very nice shots in both threads, but there’s just one suggestion I’d like to make if I may. Try cropping your images with a 3:2 aspect ratio. Doing this just makes them look a little more balanced and it gives the frame more room to breathe.
3:2 looks something like this:

To post images like the one above you need an account on an image hosting site. I use Photobucket (www.photobucket.com). Once you’ve created an account, you upload shots and they appear in your gallery along with a link. Simply copy and paste the link into your message window and they’ll appear in your post.
A very quick word of warning… The free account on Photobucket (at least when I had my free account a couple of years ago) has a very odd habit of re-sizing images randomly so they fit within the bandwidth limits. This is easily solved by purchasing a pro account which costs 25 USD (around £12.00) per year, but it’s well worth it if you plan on posting a lot of images on forums.
Anyway, I hope that helps and I’ll look forward to seeing more of your work!
Paul
