Alex,
Love your shots, your right about the first image, if that had been a 340 or T7 it would have looked awesome. The BA 744 stands out to me, crisp, tight with the exhaust blur looks just great.
Well done

can you tell me what Lens you used?
Already asked:
I was using a Canon 350D with a 100-400mm IS lens for all those shots.
Parking at the garage is no problem, but I imagine at the weekends it can get very busy if the weather is nice.

Superb Photos – it is an excellent spot – only had the opportunity to go to it once myself – but if the weather is there… it makes for a great place to shoot from.
Liking the VIR346 and the BA close up… very nice! 🙂

Thanks for all your comments.
I was using a Canon 350D with a 100-400mm IS lens for all those shots. With the crop factor of 1.6 taken into account, that shot was taken at 640mm and has also been cropped from A3 size to 1024×668 pixels.

Good shots you have there! Nothing like a nice clear, sunny winter day.
What focal length were you using for the moon ? Was there further cropping involved ?

A grand selection, with the BA 744 top of the bunch

it would be to say that you have oversharpened some of the shots especially the BA 747
It actually looks like the radius was set too high for the size image you were sharpening, assuming you shoot JPEG? Did you sharpen the original or the re-sized version?
Other than that a wonderful selection, Alex. I love the angle you’ve captured the BA 744 at!

Good stuff Alex, like the BMI and the moon.
Have to agree on the O/S BA, Jet, QT and Malay.
Was a lovely day today you certainly picked a good one.

A beautiful set – the first shot is amazing! If I could give you some CC – it would be to say that you have oversharpened some of the shots especially the BA 747 – still a wonderful photo though. 🙂
