As the tomel corectly said No we have no threat from terrorists since we didnt step on their toes.. We did lead East temor operation but they are mainly christian so there is no islamic interest there… and even there .. we only entered east teamor Once Indonesia Agreed on Our presence. Therefore Djcross i dont have to close my ayes to make problems go away.. since we dont have a problems…. YET.. but our pointless involvement in Afganistan and blindly following USA into actions which only protect US interest (while at the same time US keep breaking WTO agreements and taxing our exports) and do nothing for us except hit our allready deppresed budget… well it may quite possibly give us problems in future.

Never been recorded -indonesian terrorist groups targeting Australia.The recently uncovered JEMAAH ISLAMIYAH which has connection both in Malaysia/Singapore do not planned to attack any Aussie interest.Their goal is to created DAULAH ISLAMIYAH(An islamic hard core nation comprising Indonesia,Malaysia,Singapore,Brunei,part of Southtern Thailand and Southern Philipines).Try to imagine the newly created country military power-even the US would think twice before launch another Enduring Freedom II.Only the US interest in Indonesia were been targeted.In Malaysia-after 9/11-Malaysian police gaves extra protection to the UK/US embassy compound-Australia embassy-i do not noticed any paramilitary police units armed with M16/MP5 based there on a daily basis.

Has not Australia a bit of a tussle with the Islamists in Indonesia? It seems that some of those benevolent folk would welcome a trip to see the 70 virgins by doing Canberra, Melbourne or Sidney. Ignoring the situation will not make it go away.

Yet on the other hand we in Austraila and people in many other nations who do not have troops where we are not wanted by 99% of population, we dont try to exploit other nations oil riches.. yet acording to US we should feel as threatend as they are.. Just Gimme a Break. Its very clear that White House is doing their best to make their problem (and problem of few other nations which comes with mendling into buissines of other nations and abusing their resources) seam as the problem of the rest of the world…and they are succeding ..

Smallpox was eradicated in the early 1970’s – one of the few things the UN did right, but there is an unconfirmed outbreak reported in Pakistan. Sounds like some of Al Queda’s biological warfare bugs got loose and infected the locals. It is only a matter of time until smallpox hits Europe and the Americas . This is serious stuff because the death rate is between 10 and 30% of the population.

Well, the US said about an hour ago that they have captured an US citizen that was planning to detonate a radiological bomb in Washington. you can check it out on cnn, bbc etc

Wow, finally after all these ‘warnings’ and alerts they finally say they have done somthing significant, and prevented a massacre. It’s funny how Ashcroft said he was real proude on the FBI, CIA, that they worked so good together in this.
That really makes me laugh. They should always being working together, so there shouldn’t be anything special about it that they are!

I wonder if they will work together next time so close as they have been now, and also how long this cooperation will last.

Time will tell.

Recent video evidence has surfaced to suggest that some kind of retaliation is on the way, but the longer we go without it the more like a minow the Al Quaeda appear to be. They are fast losing their credibility as a fighting entity I think.

God….And the UK as probable target. OK, relax….alert not panic. I have read somewhere, probable attacks on ships, churches, cinema and public places. Suicide bombers. colective panic to come and too many warmings. I still think, it will be hard for Alqaeda commiting something big. I don´t think the new video be real. Before the 11 sept. he wanted to crash a plane against our city cathedral because as you know, here is St James shrine and he was was a bad image for muslims because most statues of the saint are on a horse walking over muslims (on a horse) in a battle where the arabs were expelled from Spain. He (Ben Laden) wants to liberate us, the Spaniards (he thinks we are lost brothers, and he used to spend his summer holidays before going nuts in Marbella) from the cristianity and send us back to the Al-Aldalus time, when arabs occupied the whole peninsula except the Northwest. On the 11 sept, all planes which left the city airport weren´t allowed to overfly the city and the incoming planes had to follow the regular patterns. Two fighters were ready to take off in case something odd happened. Now the situation is normal….I find that confidence is not good. I include the city cathedral…..It would terrible missing it.

Personally, I think that any organisation that can plan an event to the detail of using the American emergency telephone number, nine-one-one, as the date for their terror attack, needs serious consideration whatever vague clues come up about their plans!

every month since 9-11 they have been issuing terrorist warnings.. I think thats just attention graber aimed at taking heat of GW Bush and the new scandal regarding his inaction to FBI warning prior to 9-11.
