That’s the manufacturer’s test registration and the construction number on stickers. The colour of the real registration will be more appropriate to the livery, and on the yellow/orange background.

2 quite contrasting colour schemes there.

They certainly are, the Air Europa livery is rather bland, whereas the Cebu livery is quite eye catching
