Haha yeh i know mate my tutor used to fly on them as cabin crew for BA. Gourgous machines they are.
One thing that was a hell of alot noiser was Flyjets 757 which took off from NCL at 13.50 yesterday what a racket she made!!
Cool did he say what reg as some off the old BA Tristars went to the RAF the one in the shot is ex-Pan Am 😎

It was commonly called the whisperliner by Eastern airlines because at the time it was purported to be the quietest airliner in the sky
