I was onboard in December 2005 and was shocked at the state of her. They appear to have made no effort at all to keep her in good shape.

Inside they have made two walls of clear perspex along the end of the isles which does not do the interior of the aircraft and good looks wise. Agreed the floors etc is tatty and cockpit is awful looking.

Take from that article…

“Recent visitors on-board Concorde in New York have been shocked but he state of the interior; with the carpet being ruined, overhead lockers being filthy with handprints, various door and access panels hanging off the galleys and the famous Concorde sign at the front door gone, being replaced with a cheep fake.”

:(:(

Looks much better there than when it was at the Pier.
