If it was a brand new aircraft would it have the webs favourite airlines titles on it? I think not. LOL

Not exactly, in fact it was one of the first EZY 319s! G-EZSM ex HB-JZE

Have to admit the registration in the normal place looks like EZSW, but its clearly an M on the front and on the nose wheel.

i think that could be a problem, because it does in fact look more like a W than an M from distance.

Was UK registered 08/10/2004 according to G-INFO on which EZSM displays.

So it would seem, unless it is a recently re-registered Swiss machine? I saw G-EJAR operating the late afternoon/ early evening STN flight, it was delivered 2 days ago. 😎
