A small question , did you stayed far from the airport as I wanna go next summer too but don’t know which hotel is best to spot from 😀
Your best plan is to get somewhere in the resort of Matagorda. I stayed at the Sol Lanzarote which is about a 15 minute walk to the fence.

Cant remember name of the resort but i walked along the beach to the airport and at a slow walk it took an hour, ill post resort name later for you.
