OK, background to this thread….in understanding the EDI-GLA arguments discussed in the post regarding Ren Frew finishing as moderator I thougth I would do a little search on here, and found one thread regarding CO @GLA and EDI. I now understand a little more (and could add a cat among the pigeons here, but I won’t LOL)…but anyway…….
In one thread Dartie asked (and was ignored probably as a result of furious debate???) how many services there are between London and New York each day…so here is the answer….
It is weekly frequencies, taken from the UK end. I chose not to do daily as some carriers which are entitled to pick up pax in the UK do not fly everyday. Furthermore it does not yet include flights by CX (permitted in return for VS flying to Australia).
LHR – JFK 126
LHR – EWR 23
LGW – JFK 0
LGW – EWR 14
Can give you capacity and frequency shares between all the airlines if you wish, but don’t have time for this now…..
