I won't be moderator anymore.

I’ve told the webmaster that I’m giving up being moderator on this forum and he’ll be cancelling my mod status as of Monday.

I think I’ve taken the task as far as I can, and without real admin powers it’s just become a relentless attempt at dealing with complaints about the same old posters and same old arguments, we’ve become familiar with.

Unfortunately too many people are now choosing to leave the forum, because nothing appears to have been done about ‘the wrecking crew’. Apart from locking threads or sending them to trash, I haven’t been successful enough in persuading the various webmasters to actually put temporary or permanent bans on certain accounts, despite many requests.

So… I’ll be sticking around as a regular poster with all of my usual input. I think it’s clear who at least one of the new mods will be (good luck Grey Area). The webmaster will look at the poll results and take a decision as to who the other one may be.
