How long do airlines have talks with manufacturers for. I know it is not as simple as to ring Airbus with £55,000,000 and say ‘I want an A320’. I sometimes see in AW for instance that (if it is August) an announcement will be made in early May ’05. So does it take about 9 months for talks?? Why does it take so long??????
