Sure Trackers can take of from US carriers and also CDG…FAB P16 Brazilian trackers did it between 1993 and 1998, when Minas Gerais catapult was out of order, but as you say, the deck has to be cleared. One ANA Sue once take a wire of Brazilian carrier during ARAEX exercise, but never take of the Minas Gerais, because a lack of power… a crane was finally used…
