LOT will launch a new low cost carrier, Polishwings in association with Germanwings. Initial bases will be Warsaw and Katowice. First destinations will be Germanwings bases at Cologne and Stuttgart
Wonder if they will serve the UK – perhaps MAN, EMA and BHX? (bmi baby connection)

Very nice.LCC expansion in eastern Europe is continuing at a fairly rapid pace.I wonder though is eastern Europe ready at this moment in time for so many carriers.
The demand for low cost travel will be there but at the moment the countries are only trying to get on their feet.
Flooding the market at this point in time may lead to some more bankrupt airlines.
As the saying goes ”Good things come to those who wait”

Maybe MAN-KTW but i don’t think they’ll do MAN-WAW because LOT already operate that.
Have no idea about them Midlands routes.
