After the launch of Wizz Air routes to Liverpool, what other UK regional airport may they serve, if any?
I think (in no particular order)
1. A Scottish Airport – EDI/GLA/PIK
2. EMA
3. NCL
4. CWL/BRS
5. BFS

I think wizz will develop more routes to major capital cities in Europe before they seriously start thinking about adding lots of non capital routes.I know they operate LPL but thats a higly populated area up north.
Its possible weel see them flying to more regional airports but in my opinion it might be a few years.

If they came to the south west it would be CWL because easyjet already have such a huge presence at BRS

There has been rumours of flights with Wizz from LBA and also a Jet2 to Warsaw or Budapest. Hope they materialise.

Poland is becoming a very popular tourist destination.
Even Krakow supports direct flights to the USA.
Krakow could become another Prague, especially considering it is a better destination in my opinion. I doubt if all the cheap flights will be packed with immigrants. Many visitors to Krakow and Warsaw are Jewish people making a pilgrimage, or just tourists wishing to visit somewhere different. Leeds for example has large Jewish and Polish communities.
Also, Zakopana 30 mins from Krakow is a fantastic ski resort.
LOT has controlled the routes and fares for too many years, now they are waking up and trying to compete with the likes of Wizz.

There is alot of eastern Europeans in Dublin now very hard workers indeed who honestly coundt care what way you treat them as long as they get paid sop without being biased I think Dublin may have more chance then those airports but Dublin has quite high landing charges so to be be 100% honest I cant see any of those airports getting Wizz serivce or Dublin either. But as I always say You never know.

If they were to serve Scotland, I’d say it would almost certainly be PIK. They seem to have something in common with FR when it comes to the airports they serve. Paris- Beavais(sp?), Hahn, LTN, LPL etc.

There’s quite a large Polish Immigrant communtiy in Glasgow. These are not recent immigrants, but were wartime immigrants.
