A strike in Italian airports is going to cause chaos for travellers trying to get in and out of italy tomorrow.
Ryanair.com
We have been advised of an Italian General Service Strike in Italy, tomorrow 30th November 2004.
All Ryanair flights to and from Italy are planned to operate normally with the exception of the Fr 4152 and Fr 4151 between London Luton and Milan Bergamo, which have been cancelled. Passengers on these flights will be accommodated on later flights.
At Easyjet things look even worse.
We have been advised that a general strike by transport workers will be taking place in Italy tomorrow (Tuesday 30 November). As a result, we regret that the following services will be cancelled:
Flight No: Route Departs
2311 London Luton to Turin 12:30
2312 Turin to London Luton 14:50
4751 Paris Orly to Naples 11:35
4752 Naples to Paris Orly 14:25
Alitalia will hit serious trouble here.
Whats all this about?
