British Mediterranean Airways have officially now become known as…..
BMED!
They have a lovely new site at flybmed.com
No surprise really as I think most people referred to them as BMed anyway.

No, all tickets are sold through BA.
I’ve flown with BMed on a few occasions to Amman, and the service is everything you would expect from BA. It is nice to get movies and entertainment- I’ve flown to Amman with LH and they don’t bother with it, which they could in a 4.5 hour flight from Frankfurt.

Why does this matter anyway since they fly for BA in BA livery only. BMed/British mediteranean Airlines is not selling its own tickets are they? For as far as I can tell it is all sold through BA. Or will this be/has this been changed.

I want to know why they are called British Mediterranean because most the destinations they fly to are in Asia or Africa.
