Aircraft restrictions

I have herd rumours about Air Scotland starting flights to Istanbul but I have also herd that there are restrictions on Greek aircraft operating into Turkish airports. Are there restrictions and if so what are they?

I’ve heard something about there being restrictions, but i don’t know for sure. But if there are restrictions it maybe because of the Cyprus incident where it got divided into a Greek part and a Turkish part. Not sure though.
