Btw, if you want to park your car folow the signs to the “Flughafen Bahnhof”. Either park in some of the streets in the industrial area or use the offical parking space near the trainstation. It costs only 5 Euros for a day. If you need a direction to the trainstation by car, don´t hesitate to ask me.

Sometimes there are landing on 23L, especially if there are only RJs waiting for take-off.
If you want to go to DUS, then go on the 17th October. It is the sunday of the autum holidays in the region and the bussiest day in the year. We will have Iberworld, lots of MNG Paxs, Fly Air, Volar Airlines. The 16th should be as good. (Egypt Air A300, Air Europe,…)
The Blue TU is from Siberia Airlines.

Are there any cheap(ish) places around the airport to park the car? Or am I better of going by train? That’s what I’ve done in the past roughly 10 times. Them ICEs are great!
