Has anyone knowledge of the mod standard demanded on this early version of the 737..Is it now identiacl to the NG series?..If you remember, several unexplained in flight ‘irregularities’including an almost total inversion(flip over) have over the years been experienced..Now wonder as the a/c is now in the hands of ‘3rd and 4th hand’ operators…this mandatory? mod has been fully embodied??

They now base a couple of B737-200s at Manchester, that is all they are flying at the moment but the B747s are due back in the future and the BAC-111s are getting scrapped.

I believe that the mod was for the 733 through 735 series as well. I think I remember reading that the rudder servos on the 73NG’s have been completely changed as a result of the problems they had with the older jets.
