Odd that, can you describe the buttons you are pushing and actions you are doing in sequence?

I was going to ask for a screenshot of your browser when the message pops up, but that may be a bit difficult to post, unless you can upload to some other webspace?

Hi Ollie, are you trying to attach images, or link images from another website?

Maybe it’s my TFT monitor, but I honestly and truly can’t see any difference in quality between the two.

Same here, no difference

Yes I use my camera on manual, I have tried cliping then resizing my picture, improving the quality then cliping and resizing it but I cannot get them like my EZY photo

Do you use auto mode on your camera? Or do you set the shutter speed yourself? If you use auto, then this is likely to be the problem. On the ‘crisper’ images the camera was likely to have set a higher shutter speed, which in general freezes the picture better (although it can lead to an insrease in grain). The ‘fuzzy’ one could either be an increase in grain from the editing process, or possibly where the camera has set a lower shutter speed.

If you do set the shutter speed manually, then I wouldn’t know what the problem is

Nope – sorry.

They both look quite sharp to me.

You shouldn’t be so hard on yourself. 😉
