For those of you up in Northern Ireland a Polar Air Cargo Boeing 747-200 is due into Belfast Aldergrove at 11:45 tonight from Los Angeles as Polar 9100. Not sure when its due out, but I know its not very often you get a 747 up there 😉

747s are rare at BHX but we have quite a few visits a year, mainly because of diversions, charters etc. There was actually a BA 744 due in a week or two ago at BHX from Miami but that was cancelled, almost probably cause of the hurricanes.

I have the “fun” to get them nearly every day over my head (EBLG). You can’t miss them 😀
