Brussels 16th September 2004

Here are some photos I took whilst I was waiting to fly home on 16th September.

A line up of Belgian airline tails – SN Brussels Airlines (the aircraft nearest is OO-DWA, which I flew home on), Thomas Cook and VLM.

The same scene, with Virgin Express joining the line up, and a British Airways aircraft passing by.

My second Futura aircraft of the holiday. Note the unusual “half livery” on the tail fin, reminiscent of the aircraft’s previous Belgian owner 🙁

A Lufthansa Regional CRJ aircraft gets pushed back for taxi.

A regular visitor to Brussels is the Singapore Airlines Cargo 747.

And again.

A TUI Boeing 737 with winglets waits at the terminal.

A busy scene as the wingletted 737 joins another TUI 737 without winglets, the Lufthansa Regional CRJ is also being prepared whilst a Tyrolean CRJ waits at the terminal.

Thanks for the comments!

No, I don’t have any photos of the SNBA A333, the best time to see that aircraft is in the morning and these were taken mid-afternoon. I have only seen one of the larger Airbuses and that was in March. I will be back in November so I will see if I can get a photo of one then.
