Could someone tell me what the current status is of the IL-114? This website seems to be the website of a leasing company offering this plane. Does this mean the production is still ongoing, or are they trying to get rid of white-tails.

No production is not going on although some scarce examples are still flying… one i know of is in Saudi Arabia for a cargo company.
