easyJet A319s at Gatwick

Does anyone know whether all EZY flights from LGW are operated by A319s, or are some still operated by the 73G. I understood that all were now 319s, but the BAA website suggests that some routes are still flown by the 73G.

Talking of Easy’s A319’s, can anyone confirm if GEZES has been dlvd yet?, and if so, the dlvry date. This is the a/c that was at Farnborough, but I’ve not yet seen any reports of it being in service

EZES dosen’t as yet figure on the CAA website, although EZET does (was registered a week ago today (the 11th)), although Certification for it is still pending.

Come on Gents

Agree to disagree, Shake hands and Stop the squabbling because there are more serious things going on around the country what with the Flooding in Boscastle and the landslide in Callander than having 2 people arguing over what should be or shouldn’t be where.

I was a LGW last week end, seems to be more A319s than B737s in there

Well there is obviously someone very dumb operating the website.

I have also seen it myself at the times you suggest. It was 2 weeks ago i picked up my sister on a flight from LTN and G-EZEB was there arriving from LGW.

The EZY contingent has deffo grown since i went to LGW 1st in 2003. Whet i went there last month, the domestic peir was engulfed by EZY A319! And my flybe 146 is like a needle in a EZY haystack 😀

The first flight from BFS is op by 73G
The second A319
and the third and fourth 733

BFS your wrong on this one.

Only the flights A319 operated are the following:

EZY739 Dep LGW 19:10 Arr BFS 20:35
EZY742 Dep BFS 20:55 Arr LGW 22:20

Since the flights are LGW based aircraft, There must be a few 737-73Vs knocking around as all LGW flights ive seen have been -73Vs!

Plus I was at EGAA last night and saw my first A319 fo easyJet G-EZEP. Must have taken at least a whole roll (36 pics) of film i was soo excited (this topic is NOT to become a Av B war 😡 )

Can’t be 100% sure but I think all the based aircraft are A319’s however there are still a fair number of 737NG’s operating through LGW from other bases.
