New Gemini jet mould – The convair CV-990. American Airlines Retro livery. Also picked up another BA jet – 747-400 in the Ireland “column” tail.

the 777 engines look a bit close to the ground dont they??!

The engines must have more clearance from the ground on the PIA? Know its only a model but thats at the limit.

I often think 777 engines look very close to the ground, the Rolls Royce engines on the Emirates 773 seem to offer more ground clearance than the Generel Electric equivalents on this Air France 772 variant ?

You’ve made me so jealous that I’ve had to go and order a KLM MD-11 for myself also a 747 freighter in new livery. Oh and while I was at it I ordered a few sale items, namely a BA Landor DC-10, an AA 757, a gorgeous Iberia Super Connie and a Saudi 777 in the new livery. So much for stopping soon?

I gather Big Bird are releasing a limited series of BA world tail 742’s very soon. I need to burn my credit cards now !!! 😮

I like the PK 772. Not keen on the KLM MD-11 myself.
