Narrow, winding and with lots of farm tractors and underpowered trucks. Of course, I’m biased, having been stopped for “speeding” in my foreign registered car wth no radar in sight – the cop just wanted a few dollars!
Anyway, my point is that unless you can fly into Pardubice, be prepared to spend quite a lot of time getting there!

Can’t be worse than East German cobblestone roads though? Can’t go faster than 50 kph without risking damaging the car on those!

Prague, Warsaw and Vienna are the “nearest” cities, but it’s a heck of a long way from any of those – I’ve driven in the area and the roads are not exactly the best, either!
