That’s the very place, Matt.

You can easily photograph aircraft on the “T3” gates from there.

Look on the Manchester Airport website, VLM definitly operate from T3. If you can see T3 gates from T1 then thats where he must have got them from.

I’m sorry, but VLM and Air Southwest operate from the “T3” gates across the front of T1 below the Food Court.

C’mon, Matt!!!

Actually, LBARules, I strongly suspect that they were taken from the inside of T1 – in the seating area near the Food Court.

Am I right, MANAIRPORTMAD??? 😎

They’re not airside shots, LBARules. There are some splendid vantage points for photography at MAN, and the boy seems to be finding them for himself.

Nice shots, by the way……… 😀

It’s the same one 99% of the time, Shamrock, only varying when G-BNWH is broken or undergoing servicing. Something to do with the seating configuration, I understand.

We do get the occasional “mainline” 767 on the LHR Shuttle, though.

I know Manchester has may great vantage points, (I go often myself), but the VLM and Air Southwest look as if they are definitly taken airside as they are parked at the gate,
