2 more F100s find temporary home: VBird.

VBirds lease of an A320 from DutchBird (PH-BMC) is about to end. To have sufficient capacity VBird will therefore lease 2 F100s until more A320s are delivered.

The first F100 will be delivered the 15th of June and the second will come the 7th of July. The planes will leave VBird already around November, so after 5 months.

The route(s) of the F100s have not been announced.

to add, the planes will be used on the routs to MAN and PRG. The planes are leased from EUJet. It would appear from the first photos I have seen that it flies in full EUJet livery, but it is of course possible that new logos will be added later on.

t is only a temporary lease. The longest lease is 5 months long, so do not expect the full VBird livery. Instead you should expect a hybrid similar to PH-BMC. New routes have indeed been added, Thessaloniki and Rhodes are their new destinations. Both places only get a Saturday flight.

Great! So two 100’s will replace one 320? Will they operate new routes? I wonder how they will look in that colorscheme (if they will ever wear it).
