RIPConcorde caught-up in todays ATC fiasco?

Don’t u know! A computer in West Drayton with all the outgoing flight info couldn;t be restarted after they shut it down, majoy delays and cancellations all over UK!

P.S my bags were emtpy to compare with the ones in 2000, and 2002!

What ATC fiasco? What did I miss?

The Directory was £2! 😮 Shocker! Down from £7.50 though! 😀 A saving of almost 75%! 😎 I also got a lovely seat in VS’s new suite. Very comfortable, I enjoyed that, and hearing the explanation.
I tested it all the table, the PTV etc. I got a pic that’ll post when I get the problem with the camera fixed! 😡

I was getting weighed down by all the £1 magazines! I bought Top Gear,What Car?,Rally XS and F1 Magazine 😀

I think it was getting weighed down by the ClubMed brochure from Fiat- no idea why I picked that up! 😀 oh yes and the Whatcar Road Test Dorectory, everything else was just leaflets mainly.

Same with me, my Vauxhall one collapsed with all the stuff inside so I had the Daewoo and Toyota ones digging into my shoulders 🙂

Yeah, towards the end of the day, the Kia bag that I had been given at the beginning of the day was digging in to my shoulder, it weighed a tonne!
I had just been throwing freebies into it all day! 😀

My legs and arms were aching like crazy, carrying around all the goodies 🙂

Mine were aswell and i had more walking to do with going back and forth to BHX

I was going to sign up for a 4×4 experience but just never got round to it.
We must have trekked round the NEC about 5 times over yesterday and in circles! My feet were aching! 🙂

I got in too late for the BSM experience 🙁 I got the same things as you guys though, and I will have plenty of chance for real driving with my dad working for BSM 🙂

I have seen those before, and yes when I first came across them they were the funniest things I had heard in a long time! 😀 😀
Number 5 is the best! School boy humour :rolleyes: 😀 That’s me then!

Ah well u were lucky, i found the DVD a bit too easy tho.

The DVD is exactly what they gave you in the 10mins theory at the place! 🙂
I signed up at about 10am and was given a slot at 11.15.

Yes, I got 10mins doing theory, 10mins with a simulator and 10mins cruising round a purpose built track in a Corsa 1.2 SXI.
The freebies were 1 hr simulator time, 1 hr lesson and a CD Rom with a fake theory test on it. It was excellent! The whole area stank of clutch! 😉
