They bring in their A310’s and 330’s into Edinburgh

Saw a Transat A310 parked up in GLA a 2 weeks ago.

no they have not the reason for this is that they are being retired!

they were all ment to be out of the fleet by april but still some remain, it will be sad to see the old girls go because this was the first airline i flew with and it was also an L1011 (those were the days) that flight was egaa (aldergrove) to cyyz (toronto) it is also i sight i will miss 🙁

i think the are using a310 and a330 for international routes and the last l1011`s for american and canadian routes there are lots of pics on a.net

this is a sad sight there arnt many L1011’s left now

Yep, I have only seen the A310 here at MAN lately, nice new colours! Did the new colours go on their Tristar[s]?

No longer in mainline service, just 1 or 2 standby aircraft.
