its not when you compare it, its completly different it has a toilet were the first row of the 757 seats start on the left hand side
The diagram shows no rear doors, indicating the suspicious Boeing 187 may have rear engines 😉 (couldn’t be an MD-80 series either due to the location of the fire escapes)
