My friend’s daughter has a cabin crew interview with First Choice next week in London. She’s 20 and has just completed an HND Travel & Tourism course in Glasgow and could use some advice.
Any helpful interview insights and tips from you guys would be useful to say the least.
Thanks in advance 😉

When asked: “Why do you want to work for this company“, never say “well, I love to travel” as part of your answer.
The company is looking at what you can do for them. Hearing that you’re looking forward to using them to jet-set around the world is not exactly going to give them a very good impression.

Absolutely agree with Softlad’s points.
Just to add that at First Choice they are really into appearance so immaculate personal grooming is a must.
Also whilst it’s really important to be outgoing, you also have to show a genuine interest in other people, so don’t try to be the sole centre of attention. Listening to others where appropriate and encouraging quieter candidates will get extra brownie points.
Wish her luck from me.

OK i few things to do:
1.Wear a suit.
2.Tie your hair up in a bun if its long enough.
3.Talk about team work.
4.Look into the company history and routes they fly.
5.Smile and be outgoing.
6.Be yourself and go for it.
Hope she does well and let me know ? 😀
